Customizable "Kelly" Tiny Tag

This tag is for the Tiny Tag Co. customer person wants a completely customizable Christmas tag. Please read through the following instructions and enter all information. If any information is omitted the Tiny Tag Co. team will make a coordinating selection.

-Border Style-solid, stripe or plaid

-Border Color(s)-in the text box please indicate the colors you would like for a solid, stripe or plaid border by selecting from the charts in the product photos. For a stripe border please select TWO colors. If only one is selected white will be used as the second color. For a plaid border please select choice from plaid chart in product photos. 

-Inner Square Color-From the drop down menu please indicate color for inner square.

-Name Personalization Information-please enter how you would like the tag to read. Such as "Love the Andersons" or "From the Jeffreys."

-Font Color-from chart in product photos

-Font Style-from charts in product photos

-Holiday Saying-Please indicate how you would like the phrase above the personalization to read such as Merry Christmas Happy Holidays Merry Merry etc.
