Collegiate Bordered Note Cards

This classic note card in collegiate colors is the perfect gift for a recent grad as well as a die hard fan!

All notecards are 5x7 and come in sets of 15.

We have shown several school options but any color combo is available. Please select other school and indicate your selection in the box.

In the menu boxes below please enter the following:

1. PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION: please enter name exactly as you would like it printed. For three letter monogram please enter first, middle and last initial as you would like to have them printed. 

Amy Nicole Heard would be aHn. 

*modern monogram "rules" have the monogram as first middle last (all same size). So Adam Nicholas Heard would be ANH. Please specify the exact order and size your would like them printed.

2. MONOGRAM or SCRIPT STYLE SELECTION: Please select from chart which monogram or script style you would like.

3. MONOGRAM COLOR-please select desired color. If you want it printed as shown in an example-please make a note in any box.

If selecting Mongoram style 1-4 please select a shadow color from the color chart.

 4. School-any school can be created. Please include school and school colors.
